Cancelling an order

• Before preparation begins — cancel free, refunded in full.
• After preparation begins — we cannot cancel. The flowers have been cut

and packed for your order and cannot be returned to stock or re-sold.

Because we prepare close to your delivery slot, the window to cancel is short, especially on same-day orders. Please cancel as early as you can.

How to cancel

Cancel from your order page, or contact us with your order number. If we have already started preparing, we will tell you straight away.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order and refund you in full where stock genuinely ran out, the address is unserviceable, payment could not be verified, or an event outside our control prevents delivery.

Recurring orders

A scheduled recurring delivery can be paused, skipped or cancelled from your subscription page up to the cut-off shown there. After the cut-off that day's delivery is already committed and is treated as a normal order.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
