The agreement between you and MSR Flowers.
Flowers are fresh, perishable goods. Prices are set daily from the morning market, orders are confirmed only once payment succeeds, and returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect or genuinely poor-quality items — not for a change of mind.

Refund & Return Policy
When a return is accepted and how refunds are processed.
Tell us within the complaint window with a photo. When the fault is ours you are made whole — usually a replacement or store credit, a refund where nothing else fits. A return request is not an automatic refund, and correctly-delivered flowers refused without a fault are not refundable.

Delivery areas, slots, charges and what happens if we miss you.
We deliver across Chennai in chosen time slots. Delivery is often free — funded from the order's own margin.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel free before we start preparing your order. Once flowers are cut and packed, we cannot cancel.
